You will receive SMS messages related to your Turo vehicle rental activity. These messages are intended to provide essential information and improve your rental experience. Message types include:

  • Trip reminders and updates
  • Instructions for vehicle pickup and return
  • Customer service communications
  • Post-trip follow-ups and requests for reviews
  • Occasional messages about special offers for future rentals


Sender Information


All SMS messages will be sent from MSH RENTALS via our dedicated business messaging number(s).


Message Frequency


Message frequency will vary depending on your rental activity. You will receive messages corresponding to each stage of your rental journey (booking, pre-trip, check-in, checkout, and post-trip).


How to Opt-Out


You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply with any of the following keywords to our messages: “STOP”. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send you a final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive any further texts from us.

Please be aware that message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Your mobile carrier's standard rates will apply. MSH RENTALS is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
