  • Connecting to Bluetooth

    1. Go to the settings menu on your phone and turn on Bluetooth.
    2. On the vehicle’s touchscreen, select Phone.
    3. Choose Add Phone and follow the prompts.
    4. Confirm the pairing code on both your phone and the vehicle screen.
    5. Download the phonebook if prompted.

  • Folding Back or Third Row Seats

    Second Row Seats:

    1. Lift the handle on top of the seat backrest.
    2. Push the seat forward to fold it.
    3. To return, push the seat backrest back until it locks.

    Third Row Seats (Manual):

    1. Remove objects from the seat.
    2. Pull the strap to fold the seat backrest forward.
    3. To unfold, pull the strap again and raise the backrest.

  • Connecting to Apple CarPlay / Android Auto

    Apple CarPlay (If Equipped):

    1. Connect your iPhone to a USB port.
    2. Follow the on-screen prompts.
    3. CarPlay will activate automatically.

    Android Auto (If Equipped):

    1. Connect your phone via USB.
    2. Follow the touchscreen instructions.
    3. Enable Android Auto in settings if needed.

  • Opening & Closing Trunk

    1. Open the trunk.
    2. Lift the luggage box cover to access the spare tire.
    3. The jack and lug wrench are stored under the cover.
    4. To remove the spare tire, turn the hold-down bolt counterclockwise.
    5. Use the jack to lift the vehicle when changing a flat tire.

  • Lane Keep Assist

    • The Lane-Keeping System helps prevent unintentional lane departure by applying steering corrections.
    • To Activate:
    1. Press the Lane-Keeping button on the steering wheel.
    2. Adjust sensitivity in vehicle settings.

  • Cruise Control & Adaptive Cruise Control

    Standard Cruise Control:

    1. Press ON/OFF button on the steering wheel.
    2. Set speed with the +/- buttons.
    3. Press CANCEL or brake to disengage.

    Adaptive Cruise Control (If Equipped):

    1. Automatically adjusts speed to maintain a safe following distance.

  • Parking Brake & Auto Hold

    Electronic Parking Brake:

    1. Pull the parking brake switch up to engage.
    2. Press it down to release.

    Auto Hold (If Equipped):

    1. Keeps the car stopped without needing to hold the brake pedal.

  • Child Locks

    1. Open the rear door and locate the child lock switch on the side.
    2. Turn the switch to lock position using a key or screwdriver.

  • Manual Key Use (Emergency Unlocking)

    1. Remove the mechanical key from the fob.
    2. Insert it into the driver-side door lock to unlock manually.

  • Putting Air into Tires (Emergency)

    1. Locate the tire pressure information inside the driver’s door frame.
    2. Use a tire pressure gauge to check pressure.
    3. Add air using a gas station air pump or portable inflator.
