  • Connecting to Bluetooth

    1. Go to Device Manager in the Uconnect system.
    2. Press “Add Device”.
    3. Select “Pair Bluetooth headphones”.
    4. Press “Search for Headphones”.
    5. Select the name of your headphones from the list to complete the connection​

  • Folding Back or Third Row Seats

    Second Row Seats

    1. Pull the recline lever on the side to fold the seat forward.
    2. To return, push the seatback upright until it locks.

    Third Row Seats

    1. Pull the release handle on the seatback.
    2. Lower using the pull strap next to the handle​.

  • Connecting to Apple CarPlay / Android Auto

    Wired Connection

    1. Plug your phone into the USB-A or USB-C port.
    2. The system will detect the device and prompt setup.

    Wireless Connection

    1. Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your phone.
    2. Follow the on-screen instructions in Uconnect​

  • Opening & Closing Trunk

    To Open the Trunk:

    1. Press the trunk button on the key fob.
    2. Use the liftgate button inside the car.
    3. Use the foot sensor (if equipped).

    To Close the Trunk:

    1. Press the button on the liftgate.
    2. Press the key fob button again.

  • Lane Keep Assist

    1. Go to Uconnect Settings.
    2. Select Driver Assistance.
    3. Toggle Lane Keep Assist ON.
    4. The system will provide steering corrections if the vehicle drifts.

  • Cruise Control & Adaptive Cruise Control

    Standard Cruise Control:

    1. Press the Cruise Control button on the steering wheel.
    2. Use the Set button to adjust the speed.

    Adaptive Cruise Control:

    1. Press the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) button.
    2. Set the desired speed.
    3. The system will adjust automatically to maintain a safe distance.

  • Parking Brake & Auto Hold

    To Activate the Electronic Parking Brake (EPB):

    1. Pull the EPB switch to engage.
    2. Push the EPB switch to release.

    To Use Auto Hold:

    1. Enable Auto Hold in Uconnect.
    2. The car will stay stopped at traffic lights without pressing the brake.

  • Child Locks

    1. Locate the child lock switch on the rear doors.
    2. Move the switch to the LOCKED position.

  • Manual Key Use (Emergency Unlocking)

    1. Remove the emergency key from the fob.
    2. Insert the key into the driver's door lock.
    3. Turn the key to unlock the door.

  • Putting Air into Tires (Emergency)

    1. Check the recommended pressure on the driver’s door sticker.
    2. Use a tire pressure gauge to check the current pressure.
    3. If low, use an air compressor to fill the tires to the correct PSI.
    4. Replace the valve cap after inflating.
