Do I have to be in Florida for this to work?

No. MSH Rentals operates primarily in Central Florida and Miami, but we work with remote partners nationwide. We handle everything on the ground — including all maintenance coordination through our local trusted partners. You just receive your monthly payout electronically.

What if I don't have a vehicle yet?

We've got you covered. MSH has established relationships with dealerships in Central Florida and Miami that span years. We'll personally walk you through vehicle selection — helping you pick a model with high rental demand — and connect you with our dealer contacts for a competitive deal. You purchase it in your name (your asset, your equity), it goes directly into the fleet, and you're earning from day one.

Who handles maintenance on my vehicle?

MSH coordinates all maintenance — routine and emergency — through our vetted network of service partners with longstanding reputations in Central Florida and Miami. We schedule it, coordinate drop-off and pickup, and communicate every step to you. No repair over $250 is approved without your knowledge. Approved maintenance costs are deducted from your monthly revenue before payout, so you're never asked for money out of pocket unexpectedly.

Am I guaranteed a specific monthly income?

No. Like any rental business, income varies by vehicle, market, and season. We don't make income guarantees. What we can tell you is that our fleet averages 85% utilization — that number is real, and it's what the income estimates and calculator on this page are based on. What happens if my vehicle gets damaged?

MSH handles all claims filing and follow-up with platforms and insurers. Platform rental insurance covers vehicle damage during trips. We notify you within 2 hours of any accident or claim. Repair costs for anything not covered by insurance are coordinated through our trusted service partners and deducted from your share of revenue — you're never out of pocket unexpectedly.

How long is the commitment?

Initial term is 12 months. After that, month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to exit. We keep it straightforward.

How do I get my vehicle to MSH?

You can deliver it to our location, or we can arrange transport — the cost of transport is yours. For partners buying through our dealership network, the vehicle goes straight from the lot to our operation.
